AWS Developer training builds upon the skills learned from the AWS Technical Essentials course. This course will teach you how to write code and design scalable applications, implement application security and testing, and develop expertise with key AWS components such as S3, Dynamo DB, Elastic Beanstalk, and CloudFormation.

COURSE OUTLINE

AWS Certified Developer - Associate Level

This module provides a brief idea about the IAM user group and policies, AWS access keys, CLI setup, AWS cloud shell, IAM roles and security tools.

This module explains creating an EC2 instance and types, security groups, SSH and EC2 instance connect, roles and purchasing options. Related to the instance storage concepts like EBS, AMI, EC2 instance store, EBS volume types, EBS Multi-Attach, Amazon EFS are explained.

This module covers about all the fundamental concepts of the AWS like high availability and scalability like classic load balancer (CLB), Application load balancer (ALB), Network load Balancer (NLB), gateway load balancer (GWLB), Elastic load balancer and Autoscaling groups. Concepts related to the RDS, Aurora and ElastiCache are also presented.

This module discusses about VPC, Subnets, IGW and NAT, NACL, SG

This module provides an idea about the Amazon clod important concept called Amazon S3 which covers S3 Bucket policy, S3 website, S3 versioning and replication, S3 storage class, S3 Lifecycle rules and event notifications, S3 performance, S3 encryption, S3 CORS, S3 MFA delete, S3 Access logs, S3 pre-signed URL’s, S3 Access points and S3 Object lambda.

This module is about the Amazon cloudfront caching & invalidations, ALB as an Origin, Geo Restriction, Signed URL / cookies, Signed URL – key groups + Hands On. It also covers elastic beanstalk and deployment modes, beanstalk cli and deployment process, beanstalk lifecycle policy, extensions, cloning, migrations and beanstalk with docker.

This module provides a brief overview about the Amazon ECS, creating ECS cluster , auto scaling, rolling updates, solution architectures, deep dive , Task placements and Amazon ECR and EKS.
 

This module explains the concepts like code commit, code pipeline, codedeploy, codestar and code artifact. Topics of clod formation like create stack, update, and delete, YAML, cloud formation resources, parameters, mappings, outputs, conditions, intrinsic functions and rollbacks.

This module explains the topics like cloud watch metrics, logs, agent , metric filters, alarms and events. X-ray topics like instrumentation and concepts, smapling rules, API’s and cloud trail.

The module discusses about the Amazon SQS – standard queue, access policy, message visibility timeout, dead letter queues, deploy queues, certified developer concepts, FIFO queues, Amazon SNS and SQS, Kinesis data streams, kinesis producers and consumers, client library , operations and data firehose and kinesis data analytics
 

This module discusses about the serverless concepts like AWS lambda, Dynamo DB and API gateway and serverless application model (SAM) , cloud development kit (CDK), cognito user pools, cognito identity pools & cognito sync, Step functions and appsync

This module includes the security and encryption topics of Amazon cloud like KMS encryption pattern and envelope creation, Encryption SDK CLI, KMS limits, KMS and AWS lambda practice, S# Security advanced, S3 Bucket key, SSM Parameter Store, Secrets manager, Cloudwatch logs encryption.
