Important: Coronavirus Update – April 30

Following recent instructions from the Ministry of Education of Quebec, and most importantly, acknowledging that it is an essential step to help contain the propagation of COVID-19, the College will continue delivering online classes for the Summer 2020 semester. We will keep you informed of further instructions, as they come.

 

We are now accepting applications for Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 intakes.

Summer 2020 session admissions:
Start dates of the programs: 8th June 2020
Deadline to register: 8th May 2020

Fall 2020 session admissions:
Start dates of the programs: 12th October 2020
Deadline to Enroll into the class: 14th August 2020

 

New students (International)

Admissions for Summer 2020 are open. College Admission team and International Student Advisors are available on call.

Summer 2020 session admissions:
Start dates of the programs: 22nd June 2020
Deadline to Enroll into the class: 12th June 2020

Fall 2020 session admissions:
Start dates of the programs: 24th October 2020
Deadline to Enroll into the class: 16th October 2020

 

The college will be offering classes online until September. International students’ status won’t be affected by this temporary change

We ask all the staff, faculty and students to continue practicing health precautions to reduce further risks:

  • Avoid social gatherings outside your close ones
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer, only if soap and water are not available.
  • When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue or do it in the inside of your elbow.

 

If you experience flu symptoms, which include fever, cough or difficulty breathing, isolate yourself and call 1-877-644-4545.

The College is currently accepting admissions for the Summer 2020 intake. We are closely monitoring the Ministry's instructions and if the situation does not change, your admission will be deferred to the Fall 2020 intake.
"Based on new information released by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship), new students starting their programs in May and June 2020 are allowed to do so in an online format while outside Canada; however, it is important for them to be aware that it cannot exceed 50% of the duration of the program. These days you can certify your English proficiency with Duolingo English test, it is an online English test. Hundreds of universities around the world accept the Duolingo English Test. Montreal College of information technology also accepts this English test instead of ITELS exam, so you do not need to wait for ITELS, you can proceed with this exam.
