A high school or a college degree is sufficient to gain the knowledge of this certificate. 



There are no prerequisites for this course and to take the Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification exam. However, professional experience with the basic concepts of Salesforce like navigating Salesforce, data management and security, and using Sales Cloud would be advantage.
