Certified Business Analyst

Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

This course enables you to understand the Six Knowledge Areas (KA) defined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and apply different techniques to analyze businesses. You shall be provided case studies and assisted in a hand-on project to solidify your understanding of widely used techniques as identified by IIBA.

Who Should Apply

Anyone who would like to foray into the Business Analysis profession (without any prior BA experience too)

Eligibilty and Requirements

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Abilities acquired after course completion

Using Stakeholder List, Map, or Personas to engage stakeholders

Using Brainstorming to prepare & conduct elicitation to improve BA performance
