Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
This course enables you to understand the Six Knowledge Areas (KA) defined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and apply different techniques to analyze businesses. You shall be provided case studies and assisted in a hand-on project to solidify your understanding of widely used techniques as identified by IIBA.
