As a business intelligence specialist, you help organizations collect and process the intelligence that helps them stay competitive. This fast-paced course provides IT professionals with the knowledge and skill to provision a Microsoft SQL Server database (on-premise and in Azure) and creates managed BI solutions. This course also covers the implementation of multidimensional and tabular data models along with the creation of cubes, dimensions, measures, and measure groups. After completing the course, professionals are able to implement the logical and physical design of a data warehouse, deploy SSIS projects, implement Azure SQL Data warehouse and dimensions in the cube, as well as perform data mining techniques for predictive analysis. This course prepares professionals for two official Microsoft certifications.

● This module introduces data warehouse concepts, architecture consideration, main hardware considerations for building a data warehouse, and designing and implementing a schema for a data warehouse.
This module focuses on Azure SQL data warehouses and on data and control flow in a SSIS package. This module also covers debug and troubleshoot SSIS packages.
This module focuses on implementing SSIS solutions that support incremental DW loads, on changing data, and on how to implement master data services that enforce data integrity at source.
This modules examines the configuration and deployment of SSIS packages in sample production environments. This includes creating SSIS packages and environments for an SSIS solution.
This module introduces key BI concepts and the Microsoft BI product suite. It also focuses on creating multidimensional databases using SQL Server Analysis Services. It also covers attribute hierarchies, relationship hierarchies and dimension attributes.
This module examines the implementation of dimensions in a cube along with measures and measure groups in a cube.
This modules covers the syntax and usage of MDX. Participants will learn the customization of cube functionality, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), and using perspectives and translations.
This module overviews the implementation of a tabular data model in Power Pivot and the usage of data mining techniques for performing predictive analysis. Participants learn to calculate columns and measures by using DAX and create a data mining solution.
