Every organization possesses data aiming to discover insights quickly with a business intelligence tool that has interactive reports and rich visual analytics. Microsoft’s PowerBI is one such tool, embraced by majority of the industry.

The objective of this course is to enable people to understand data, learn fundamentals of data analysis using various visualizations, calculations and reporting techniques, build live dashboards for various devices (Desktop and mobile) and PowerBI Service. The students would also learn loading data from various data sources and methods to clean them.

    MCSA – Analyzing Data with PowerBI

    This module introduces participants to business intelligence (BI) and how to self-serve with BI. It also focuses on Power BI desktop, and explores the features that enable the rapid creation and publication of sophisticated data visualizations.

    With Power BI desktop you can shape and combine data with powerful, built-in tools. This module will introduce the tools available for preparing your data, and transforming it into a form ready for reporting. This course also focuses on shaping and enhancing data.

    This module addresses two main topics, namely data visualization and direct connectivity. In Participants learn how to create and manage interactive data visualizations and also various connectivity options using Power BI.

    This modules focuses on advanced features in Power BI. Participants are introduced to the developer API within Power BI, through which they can implement new functionalities. They are also provided with hands-on experience on the Power BI mobile app.


    Earn MCIT Certification

    You shall receive a certification of completion from MCIT towards the end of this course.
